Image Tools (Compress, Crop, Edit, Remove EXIF, Favicon)
Shrink, crop and adjust photos, paint with a brush, stack images as layers, and remove location data (EXIF). Also makes favicon sets, picks key colors and converts to Base64. Files never leave your browser.
Your photos are never uploaded. Everything happens inside this browser and disappears when you close the page.
Small images are never enlarged. With a target size, quality is tuned automatically and the resolution is reduced step by step if needed. Re-saving removes EXIF (location, device) and the color profile.
Compare with the original (move the slider)
Drag the box to move it and drag its corners or edges to resize. Arrow keys nudge by 1 px (Shift: 10 px). Press "Apply crop" to commit.
Levels a tilted photo. The empty corners left by rotating are cropped away automatically. Changing rotation or flips resets the crop.
Drag over the image to mark an area to hide (faces, license plates, addresses…). Each area is one undo step.
Light mosaic or blur can sometimes be reversed. Use a black box for anything sensitive.
Click the image to place text; drag to draw a rectangle or arrow.
Paint straight onto the photo with a brush, or place other images on top as layers. In "Select / move" mode, click a layer on the photo to drag it, or pick it from the list. Text, shapes and redactions are in the same list (top = front).
Layers (top = front)
No layers yet.
Selected layer
Layers sit on the cropped photo and are merged before the watermark and canvas (padding, border) steps. Uploaded images never leave your device; up to 8 at a time.
Only the metadata is cut out, so image quality is untouched (JPEG, PNG, WebP). For other formats, re-save on the Compress tab to drop it.
favicon.ico bundles 16, 32 and 48 px in one file. Put it at your site root (/favicon.ico) and add the code above to <head>.
Click the image to pick the color at that spot.
Image → Base64
This string is very long. A separate file is usually better than embedding it in code (Base64 is about 33% larger than the original).
Base64 → Image
Only PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, BMP, ICO and SVG are accepted. The format is checked from the actual content, not the header, and files up to 5MB are converted.
Highlights in red what differs between two images at the same size and tells you how much changed. Use it for before/after design edits, screenshot comparisons and spotting tampering.

Image to compare
The right side is the compared image, the left is the base image.
Only pixels whose color distance (0–100%) exceeds the threshold count as different. Raise it to filter out JPEG compression noise. Transparent pixels are compared as colors over white. Files are never uploaded.
Save any moment of a video as a picture (PNG or JPEG), or pull frames at a steady interval into one contact sheet. The video is never uploaded — it is processed only in this browser.
±0.033 s is about one frame at 30 fps. Frame rates differ between videos, so it may not be exactly one frame.
Make a contact sheet
Grab frames from the whole video at a steady interval and gather them, with timestamps, on one picture. Each cell needs a seek, so long videos take a while.
Videos this browser cannot play (some HEVC, MKV…) cannot be opened. A sheet has at most 60 cells; with more, the interval is widened automatically. No sound is played and nothing is stored.
Turn a favourite sentence into a card image ready for social media. What you type is never sent to a server — it is drawn only in this browser.
The text does not fit on the card. Reduce the size or shorten the text.
The serif option uses fonts installed on your device, so its look varies between devices. Credit the source for copyrighted quotes.
This tool removes scripts, event attributes, external references and foreignObject from the SVG. Do not treat the result as a safety guarantee — avoid putting untrusted SVG straight into a web page; use it as an image (<img>).

Numbers are rounded to the chosen precision to shrink them (too low distorts curves). Colors, ids, classes and structure are left alone, so it will not shrink as much as a dedicated tool such as SVGO. Files are never uploaded.
Turn several photos into an animated GIF, or combine them into one collage. Everything is processed on this device and nothing is uploaded.

The result is over 8MB and may not attach in chat apps. Try a smaller width or fewer colors.
Place several copies of a cropped ID photo on one sheet of photo paper, ready for a print shop or kiosk. The photo is never sent to a server. Do the cropping to the right ratio in the Edit tab first.
The resolution (dpi) is written into the file. Order the same paper size at the print service and upload this file. Check the preview so no face is cut off. Requirements differ by authority, so check them first.
Preview how an image or colors look to people with color vision deficiency (such as red-green). It is an accessibility check, not a diagnosis. The image is never sent to a server.
Check an image
Check a list of colors
Uses the Machado et al. (2009) matrices on linear RGB; severity blends the original and the full simulation. What people actually see varies by person and display. Never rely on color alone — add shapes, text or patterns.
Rename many photos at once by shooting time or a running number and download them as a ZIP. File contents are unchanged — only the names are new. Photos are never uploaded.
Click a piece below or type your own. The extension (.jpg) is added automatically.
The shooting time is the camera’s clock value as written in the photo (no time zone conversion). Characters not allowed in file names (/ \ : * ? " < > |) and ".." become _. Up to 150 files and 300 MB in total.
Enter your name and contacts to make the front of a 90×50 mm business card and a back with a contact QR, then save print-ready PNG or PDF files. Nothing is sent to a server.
For a print shop, turn on bleed and save at 600 dpi. Text and the QR stay inside a 4 mm safe area. On dark backgrounds the QR is still drawn on white so it scans reliably.
Turn a photo into a stitch pattern. It reduces the colors, puts a symbol in every cell and gives you a count per color and A4 page splits. Use it for cross-stitch, beads, pixel art or knitting charts. The photo never leaves your device.

Colors are automatic approximations from the photo. Thread brand codes are not included — look at the color (#RRGGBB) and pick the nearest thread or bead yourself. Simple photos give cleaner charts.
Good to know
- Messaging apps and social networks usually strip location data, but email, cloud share links and original blog uploads may keep it. Check on the EXIF tab before sharing.
- For smaller files, WebP is usually smaller than JPEG at the same quality (very old browsers may not open it). Use JPEG/WebP for photos without transparency and PNG for logos and screenshots.
- Everything runs on this device, so very large photos can be slow or run out of memory (images over 100 megapixels are refused). On phones, work with a few images at a time.
- Animated GIF/WebP files are processed as their first frame only. HEIC works only if your browser can open it.
FAQ
Is it really not uploaded?
Yes. Files are only read and drawn in browser memory. This page contains no code that sends photos anywhere (you can confirm in your browser's Network tab).
Does removing EXIF reduce quality?
For JPEG, PNG and WebP only the metadata chunks are cut out, so quality is identical. Paths that re-save the image (compress, edit) re-encode it, which can change quality slightly.
My photo shows up sideways.
The photo carries only an EXIF "rotate" tag while its pixels are stored sideways. Use "Bake rotation and save" on the EXIF tab or rotate it in the Edit tab. Lossless EXIF removal also drops that tag, so some viewers may show the photo sideways.
