QR Code Generator
Turn a link, text, Wi‑Fi login or contact (vCard) into a QR code and download it as PNG or SVG. No login needed, and what you type is not stored.
Make one QR per line and download them all as a ZIP. Everything is processed in this browser and nothing is sent to a server (and, unlike the single form, there is no rate limit).
When on, the text before the first comma (or tab) becomes the file name. Later commas stay in the content.
No signed URLs are created; your text is encoded as-is. Always test the code with a phone before printing. Low contrast between foreground and background may make it unreadable. Each line is limited to 1,000 bytes.
Tips for a QR code that scans well
- Use a dark foreground on a light background. Inverted codes (light on dark) are unreadable on many devices, so they are not generated.
- Keep the quiet margin at 4 or more; a code touching its background is hard to scan.
- Longer content means smaller dots. For print, choose a large size or SVG and shorten long links.
- A higher error-correction level survives smudges but makes the code busier. M is usually enough.
- Check the destination before scanning a QR code you did not make — anyone can point one at any address.
FAQ
Is my QR code saved?
No. It is shown only on this page, not stored on the server. Download it as PNG or SVG; members can keep codes under My QR.
Does it expire?
A QR code is just a picture of its content, so it never expires. It works as long as the address inside does.
How many can I make?
To prevent abuse, up to 20 per minute from the same connection.
