The text is not put in the address; it moves only inside this browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Add page numbers at the bottom or top of each page and a watermark in the middle. You can use either one on its own.
Numbers and watermarks are added as images, so they cannot be selected or searched. Your original PDF is not changed — a new file is saved.
This places a handwritten signature "picture" on a PDF page. It is not an electronic signature (certificate-based), so it offers no tamper protection or identity verification. Use an e-signature service for contracts that need legal weight.
Open a PDF, draw a signature by hand or upload a signature image, drag it into position on the page and save. The file and signature are never uploaded.
1. Make a signature
Draw inside the box with a mouse, finger or pen. You can also upload a photo of your signature; a PNG with a transparent background looks cleanest.
2. Set position and size
Drag the signature, or select it and use the arrow keys (Shift for larger steps). When applied to several pages it lands at the same proportional spot on each page.
Create a PDF with one image per page, in list order.
Fit a recipient list onto a label sheet layout and make an A4 PDF. Names and addresses never leave your browser.
Format: recipient, postal code, address, phone — separated by commas or tabs. Only the recipient is required. You can paste straight from a spreadsheet.
These are examples of common A4 label sheets. Real products can differ by a few millimetres — correct the boxes below using the sizes on your sheet’s packaging.
First page preview
Print at “Actual size (100%)” and turn off “Fit to page” — the most common cause of misaligned labels. Text in the PDF is an image and cannot be selected. Up to 12 pages.
Good to know
- Password-protected PDFs are not opened (there is no password removal).
- Files up to 50MB and 500 pages, and up to 50 images. Large files can be slow or run out of memory.
- Merging and page editing copy the original pages as they are, so text and quality are kept. Forms, bookmarks and attachments may not carry over.
- JPEG and other photos are re-saved so their orientation is applied, which can change them very slightly. PNG is inserted as is.
FAQ
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything is processed in your browser and this page has no code that sends files (you can confirm in the browser dev tools network tab).
Can you unlock a password-protected PDF?
No, such files are not opened. If you know the password, re-save the PDF without one in a PDF viewer and then add it here.
Some PDFs show garbled text.
PDFs that do not embed their fonts are drawn with substitute fonts in the preview and image export. Merged and edited files keep the original pages, so they look right in a viewer.
